1. This equipment is used for wort sampling before entering wort kettle; the wort sampling from lauter tun to return, to wort kettle and to wort buffer tank.
2. Set the sampling wort in the sampling device, via ice water (tap water) cooling, measure the wort gravity by plato meter, easy and exact.
3.During the wort from lauter tun circling, observe filtered wort brightness, up to grade then automatic enter to wort kettle. Not up to grade, continuously circle till up to grade. |
